Discover the convenience and control of Diverse Power E-bill. Avoid the security risk and waste of printed mail and with emailreminders, you’ll never miss a payment.

By signing up for Paperless Billing, you will not receive a paper bill in the mail every month, instead your bill will come to you via the internet or the My DPI mobile app as an E-Bill. There are great advantages to Paperless Billing: you eliminate a paper bill – this helps the environment and helps DPI reduce costs; you receive your bill as soon as it is produced; you can view your bill from anywhere in the world that you can access your email; and, by eliminating the mail system, you give yourself a few extra days after receiving your bill before it is due. To elect E-Bill for your monthly statements, review the online and mobile app instructions below. You may also give us a call at 706.845.2000 or toll free at 800.845.8362.

When you enroll in Paperless Billing and then make a payment using the My DPI mobile app, you will automatically receive a one-time $5 (five dollar) bill credit!

How do I enroll in Paperless Billing?

Elect E-Bill online

Step 1) Navigate to diversepower.com and select the Pay Bill tab at the top of the page.

Step 2) Select the My Account tab and hover over the E-Notifications menu option.

Step 3) Select the E-Bill menu option.

Step 4) Enter your Diverse Power Account Number (found on your Diverse Power bill) or User ID and Password then select Login.

Step 5) Select E-Bill as your bill method.

Step 6) Enter and confirm your E-mail address. This is the email address where you would like your Diverse Power E-Bill sent. You may also enter an additional email address to receive the E-Bill.

Step 7) Select Submit and you’re all done!

Elect E-Bill through My DPI mobile app

Step 1) Launch the My DPI mobile app and sign into your account. Learn more about the My DPI mobile app here.

Step 2) Select the active account for which you would like to receive E-Bills

Step 3) Click the account profile button in the top left hand corner of the mobile app.

Step 4) Click on E-Notifications in the mobile app navigation.

Step 5) Select E-Bill from the Bill Method drop down menu. Then enter and confirm your E-mail address. This is the email address where you would like your Diverse Power E-Bill sent. You may also enter an additional email address to receive the E-Bill.

Step 6) Select Submit and you’re all done!

*Rules and regulations

• Pay your Diverse Power, Inc. monthly electricity bill using the My DPI mobile app to be automatically entered to win.

• You must be a consumer-member of a Diverse Power, Inc.

• Must be 18 years of age or older and a legal U.S. resident.

• The deadline for entries is the last day of each month.

• Current employees of Diverse Power, Inc., Diverse Power, Inc. board of directors and their immediate families are not eligible.

• One winning entry will be drawn each month, beginning September 1, 2020 and ending January 31, 2021. We will notify the winners by the 5th of each month. If we cannot contact a winner within 5 days, another entry will be drawn.

• Prizes are not transferable.

• By entering the contest, contestants agree to the above rules and regulations.
